HOW TO COME TO MALI LOŠINJ
BY CAR
Road connections between Central Europe and the destinations at the Croatian seaside are improving. In summer months, traffic can be more intense at border crossings, which might cause shorter standstills. In order to enter into and drive around Croatia, you have to have the green insurance card and a valid driving license. Pay toll is paid for highways and three lane two-way roads, as well as for some bridges and tunnels.

DRAWBRIDGES
There are two drawbridges on the island, which are drawn twice a day:
BY BUS
Bus line Rijeka – Mali Lošinj operates on a daily basis, a few times a day, while the line Zagreb – Mali Lošinj operates two times a day. In summer, there is a direct line from Ljubljana as well.

BY PLANE
The Lošinj Sport Airport (900 m asphalt-covered runway) has been equipped for international traffic (police and customs) and is the second largest airport in Croatia by the number of landings (Zagreb being the first). It receives airplanes with the capacity of up to 40 seats (Dash 7 - 8, L - 410 Turbolet, Cessnas 150 - 500, King Air 100, King Air 90, King Air 200, Piper and similar types).
The Rijeka Airport (Island of Krk) is connected by regular airlines with Hanover, Bonn, Stuttgart and Munich, and with London, Bristol and Oslo.
